Part 1:             Back Squat 1 set for Max reps (Body weight or 60-70% 1RM)
Score= weight+reps

Part 2: Tabatta squats
            Score=total reps

Part 3: 1 Mile run
            Score=time

Post:             30 Back extensions

    tabata squats: 150 reps

    1 mile run: 8:19...as per usual, got dizzy at grand and hoyne, walked the rest of the way...frustrating.

    135# - 13 Reps

    Tabata Squats - 131 Reps

    1 mile run (ok; 1 mile + maybe a 400 meter detour) - 12:32

    As I rounded the corner of Grand & Hoyne, I was passed up by a homeless guy with one leg pushing Thomas passed out in his shopping cart. They beat me home by about 4 minutes.
