500 M Row (Damper between 7 - 10)
30 Burpee pull up

Post:    50 GHD sit-ups (Partition as needed)
            3 min AMRAP DUs

    500m row (damper 6-i didn't know about the 7-10 rec!) / 30 burpee pull ups (rings as high as they would go) = 5:34

  5. 185x5, 205x3. last 5 rep max was 225 so lost 25lbs or so.

    500m row at 10 Damper
    30 burpee pullups

    3 minute DU amrap: 235
    Broke them up into sets of 25 per Derek's suggestion...worked well.

  6. Bench - failed at 235#. Bummer. Did a few more assisted sets to get the volume in.

    Metcon - 4:49.

    DU's - 138. Getting annoyed at how long the speed rope transition is taking.
    Did 50 strict TTB, GHDs always tweak my back.
