  6. 3 Rep power snatch - 135. Kept pressing out 145

    Metcon 302. Tried the standing up on the top of the box then plyo jump back as long as I could even though it was a tad slower. Happy with my progress on 24" jump because it used to be a big weakness.

    30 ghraises felt great, putting my weight on my quads after yesterday...

    up to 155x3 on the hang power snatch. was pretty close to parallel on the last snatch.

    226 RX on the metcon. used a 20inch box for my feet on the ring rows. not too happy w/ my performance.
