  3. Fran RX 4:26 PR. Wanted sub 4:00 but happy with a 1:50 improvement from 5 months ago. Could have had it, but just need a little more in the tank to go just a little further unbroken before the wheels come off.

  4. Clean and jerk work: 65#, 75#, 85#, got only 2 at 90#. Felt pretty weak since I haven't been working out or eating much all week.

    Did my first RX fran in 8:09 minutes, or something like that, with green band assistance.

    This was a killer on my weak wrists. Good thing we had ice packs at home.
