    bench press - 3x5 at 225#

    weighted pull ups - 55#x5, 57.5#x5, 60#x5, 62.5#x3, 62.5#x3

    back squat - 245#x5, 265#x5, 275#x5 (5 rep PR)

    Grace RX 2:45 (PR by 3 mins). Want to get sub 2, need to go farther before switching to singles.

    strung 5 off the bat then some doubles and mostly singles the last 15 reps. First shot at this so looking forward to improving the time.
