Everybody is welcome to stop in at 10 or 11 am tomorrow for a workout.  We will be doing Grace, which is 30 clean and jerks for time.  If you have never done it before be sure to get it in Saturday morning.  Any questions please drop me an email.

  2. back squats: 185x5, 185x5, 185x5, 205x5.

    Haven't done back squats in forever. felt good. About teh same weight as my front squat which is weird.

    4x400: 1:05, 1:10, 1:19, 1:11 .....brutal

    5 rounds + 5 TTB severely lacking skill in the TTB. need to build up some ab strength and get my timing/kip back on track.

    Nice work TWubbs....smoked it!
