  3. went light on the deads - 185.

    Metcon mod:
    8 minute amrap of 200 meter sprint and 10 box jumps. 24" wooden box on one end of road, 20" tire on the other end.

    7 rounds and about 60 meters.

    weighted good mornings - LIGHT need to work on flexibility. did a couple sets on the reverse hyper to loosen up.
