Deadlift
5-5-5+ 

Single Leg Split Squat
4 x 6  Tempo 30x1

Then with a running clock complete a weighted chin up ladder
complete one chin up minute one, two chin ups minute two, three minute three etc.

    Split squat: 45-95-95 (no 4th)

    Chin-ups: 30# 7 rounds. Last round took the entire round as singles so called it a day.

    Tempo split squat 30x0 115#x6, 125#x6, 135#x6 - Last round might have been to heavy at this tempo

    Chin up ladder 35# 8 rounds +8. Failed the 9th rep twice.

    4x5 pistols instead of squats, due to veeery poor balance. Can't wait for full recovery.

    Ladder with purple band: 4+1 chin-up. Weak sauce. :-/

    i obviously don't know an accurate max but this is by far the best I've ever done on deadlifts. will bump about 20 lbs higher each round next time.

    45, 65, 65, 65 split squat

    ladder - 25# 6 rounds + 4 , disappointed in this...

  7. deadlift 275x5 295x5 315x5

    split squat 45 50 55 65, easier with the left leg. no balance with the right.

    ladder 4+3 no band.

  8. Deadlift: 185-190-195(5+1; took a half second to get my back set for the last one)

    Split Squat: 4x6 @ 45# working on strength and balance in my left leg.

    Chin ups: 6 rounds + 4 with purple band
