Then 2 minutes for as many rounds as possible of the following
5 Pull Ups
10 Double Unders

Rest 2 minutes

Then 2 minutes for as many rounds as possible of the following
5 Sit ups
10 air squats

    RDLs: 85-95-105-115 (was 105#)

    AMRAP1: 2Rds + 2 pullups (red band)
    AMRAP2: 4rds + 5 situps
