9 Box jumps  ( rep must start on top of the box)
3 snatch grip dead lifts

    Metcon - 9:17 @ 115#/30" No press outs on the snatches but the box jumps got hard, had to use the arms a lot when chaining them.

    metcon @ 24" and 105#:11:04...focused on not pressing out. failed the last rep and had to do it again so as to not press it out. sucked.
