3 rep max incline bench press

Then drop the weight to 80% of that 3 rep max and complete
2 x 5

3 x 5 of behind the neck strict press (use 50 % of your one rep max strict press)

Working in groups of 3

12 minute amrap of the following

20 yard prowler push
5 burpees
20 yard prowler push

(One Partner works while the other rests)

record total rounds completed

    behind the neck strict press, 3x5 @ 70#

    8 min AMRAP (2 people): 5 rds + 4 burpees, first 4 rds the prowler had 90# on it, the last rd, no weight

    2x5 @ 110
    Behind the neck 3x5 @ 70

    6 rounds for time @ 90# on prowler 7:08. Took rests equal to the prior working time because I was the only one there this morning.
